Eseigboria Joy Ikheloa
Eseigboria Joy Ikheloa is a high school senior. Ese has won several awards for her art and her pieces have been showcased in competitions and exhibitions in institutions in the State of Maryland including Johns Hopkins University and the Maryland State House. Ese plans to study Biology and Art in college.

Girl-Child Museum
We want to encourage our young girls and women to start developing their leadership skills from early on and become comfortable using their voices for positive social change. Our online Edo Girl-Child Museum will feature works by young girls and women up to the age of 25years. Encourage your daughters to send us original: poems, essays, letters, drawings, short stories etc. Works relating to their identity as an Edo girl/woman are highly encouraged!
Submission guidelines
- All submissions are accepted on a rolling basis. There are no deadlines
- Outstanding submissions will be featured as: Masterpiece of the Quarter!
- For privacy reasons, only submitters' first names (preferably Edo names) will be published. However, those who want their first and last names, as well as their photos published, will be accommodated
- Send all inquiries and submissions through the contact information provided in the Contact link
- All submissions must be done electronically
- Submissions from young boys and men (up to 25years) are also welcome
- Quotes and ideas that are not the author's, should be referenced and cited appropriately to avoid plagiarism.
